2025 Barko Stationary Electric Loaders 95-SER-ERS
Barko's 95-SER-ERS stationary electric loader features a remote power unit. The 95-SER-ERS is an excellent solution for non-mobile applications in wood processing, scrap, waste/recycling, aggregates and other applications.
Features may include:
Power Sources- The 95-SER-ERS is available with a 50-HP (37 kW) open drip proof encapsulated electric motor, electrical enclosure with motor start circuit, and start/stop switches supplied for the control console.
- The loader is mounted on a 27.5-inch-tall (699 mm) pedestal with 39-inch (991 mm) diameter bottom plate.
- Load sensing valves and pump deliver excellent metering by matching pressure and flow. Efficient and precise grapple functions reduce operator fatigue.
- Ergonomically designed, multi-functional, dual electric-controlled joysticks are supplied for mounting into the operator station.
- Wider, all-welded boom construction with fabricated box type design includes engineered sweeping curves for added strength and increased fatigue resistance.
- A high strength hydraulic motor and planetary gearbox produce 14,870 foot-pounds (20,161 Nm) of swing torque.
- Extra large zinc plated pins and bolts provide added durability in high-stress areas.
- Position sensors monitor main boom and stick boom position location and can be used to limit range of motion, if necessary, to prevent the loader from contacting structures or other obstructions when working in tight spaces.
- Bolt-on cylinder glands make on-site service easy, while piston rings extend product life. Cylinders are made of heavy-duty steel tubing, and heavy chrome cylinder rods are heat-treated for added strength.
- Single location greasing at the base of the loader makes it easy to grease typically hard-to-reach locations.
- Combining electro-hydraulic valve controls with the Parker IQAN system, the loader controls can easily be configured to match the application or operator preferences for smooth and efficient operation that reduces operator fatigue.
